This farmhouse from 1900 is quietly located on a cul-de-sac just outside Winssen. The apartment with its own entrance is located on the 1st floor and has been completely renovated.
The cozy living room of approximately 50m2 is equipped with a corner sofa and large dining table. There is a TV with ALL channels, a Chromecast speaker (streaming via your own smartphone) and a fast fiber optic WiFi connection.
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave oven and 4-burner gas hob.
The 2 mirrored bedrooms have 3 single beds, of which 2 can be made into 1 double bed. The beds have cotton sheets and extra pillows. The 3rd bedroom is the loft in the large room with a 140x200 bed. There is closet space. From mid-May there is a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds. In total it will remains 8 beds.
In a separate part of the garden is a heated swimming pool (open from mid-April to the end of September). Here is a cozy garden house with TV and a ceramic BBQ.
There is free parking available next to the apartment. There is also a bus stop within walking distance which connects you to Nijmegen or Druten. The closest trainstations are Wijchen, Nijmegen and Tiel.
The owners have their own private garden directly behind the house. The rest of the garden, including the part where the swimming pool is located, is freely accessible for use.

Winssen is located in the center of the land of Maas and Waal.
