We would like to draw your attention to the following points.
1. We agree, and you hereby declare, that you will personally occupy the apartment. You also declare that you will occupy the apartment and the surrounding area in a neat and correct manner and that no nuisance will be caused during your stay. In the unlikely event that you cause damage to the grounds/apartment or if you use it negligently, the costs can be recovered from you by the landlord.
2. The apartment is rented furnished (unless stated otherwise) and is equipped with sufficient kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows for the entire group. Upon arrival, all appliances are in operation. If this is not the case, inform the landlord or agent as soon as possible. They will then try to solve the problem as soon as possible. As a guest, you are also obliged to warn the landlord of the apartment within 24 hours of arrival in the event of damage to the building and its outbuildings or associated buildings.
3. Of course we assume that you have a carefree stay, but should something unexpected happen, it is important that you as a guest are insured against the Third Party Liability associated with renting an apartment (fire and water damage) . If you are not insured, you can be held personally liable for these damage costs and for the interest on these costs. The landlord himself has also insured the rented apartment and outbuildings (building and contents insurance). That is obligatory.
4. It is also important to know that as a guest you may never refuse the landlord or his/her representative access to the apartment if requested.
5. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups and students are not allowed.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
